SHIPPING

Ordering & Delivery Information

All prints are produced individually after an order is placed.
Once your order is confirmed, it is sent to our production partner to be printed and prepared for shipment.

Because each item is made to order, production typically takes 2–4 business days before dispatch.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

We ship internationally using tracked delivery services.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please make sure to check both your inbox and spam folder.

You can also track your order at any time through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

 

PRODUCTION TIME

Because each print is made especially for you, orders require a short preparation period before shipping.

  • Prints: 2–3 business days(Production times may vary slightly depending on location and order volume.)

  • Production begins automatically after checkout
     

This made-to-order approach allows us to avoid overproduction and support more sustainable practices.

 

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times below include production and shipping, starting from the date of order:

  • UK: 4–6 business days

  • Europe: 5–7 business days

  • United States: 5–7 business days

  • Asia: 6–10 business days
     

During high-demand periods — such as holidays, promotional events, or seasonal campaigns —
orders may take slightly longer to arrive due to increased production and shipping volume.

Working days refer to weekdays only and exclude weekends and local public holidays.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
The final cost will be shown before payment is completed.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Address changes may be possible only before production begins.
Once an order has entered production, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Address changes depend on the order status.

  • Before production begins
    → Changes may be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Once production has started
    (In production / Printing / Fulfilled / Shipped)
    → ❌ Address changes are not possible.
    The original order will proceed as placed.
    A new order must be created for a new address, and additional costs may apply.

  • After the order has shipped
    → ❌ Changes are no longer possible.
    Once a tracking number is issued.
    In some countries, customers may contact the courier directly to request redelivery, but this is not guaranteed.

TAXES & DUTIES

Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

For some countries, import duties or local taxes may be charged upon delivery.
These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to estimate or control these charges in advance.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.
While we’re always happy to help track an order or provide support, delays, customs holds, or transit issues are outside our direct control.
