    Each piece is created only after an order is placed, allowing us to produce thoughtfully and reduce unnecessary waste.

  • A. No. Every print is individually produced after your order is received.
    This means production may take a little longer, but it allows us to maintain a more intentional and sustainable approach.

  • A. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and device.
    Minor color differences are a natural part of the printing process and are not considered defects.

SHIPPING

  • A. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking email will be sent automatically.
    If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder as well.

    • UK: 4–6 business days

    • Europe: 5–7 business days

    • United States: 5–7 business days

    • Asia: 6–10 business days

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

  • A. As all Ri,ieul prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
    However, if your item arrives damaged or with a production error, we are happy to help.
