Because each artwork is printed especially for you, all orders are made-to-order and cannot be returned

or refunded for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once your order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled or modified, as all prints are made to order.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist if production has not yet started.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

As all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes reasons such as size choice, color preference, or personal taste.

However, if your order arrives with an issue, we’re here to help.

We can assist if:

• Your item arrives damaged during delivery

• There is a printing defect or production error

• You receive the wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, where appropriate.

Please note:

• Minor variations in color may occur due to screen differences and are not considered defects.

• Damage that occurs after delivery is not eligible for replacement.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery is managed by the courier.
While we’re always happy to help with tracking or support, delays caused by customs, weather, or courier operations are outside our direct control.

That said, if something doesn’t feel right with your delivery, please reach out — we’ll do our best to assist.
